Delivery of goods

The main advantage of our company over others is that we deliver throughout Ireland as well as to other countries and regions. We have an extensive delivery network and work with reliable courier services that can quickly and efficiently transport goods under all required conditions.

When ordering medicines from our online pharmacy, our managers process the order within 1 to 2 days. The customer then receives an invoice for payment.

After making the payment, the buyer must provide us with proof of payment in the form of a receipt indicating that the goods have been paid for. This receipt must show the date and time of payment, the exact amount of the order, and the bank account number of our company to which the funds were transferred.

Order processing from the time of payment takes between 24 and 48 hours. During this period, our managers verify the status of the payment, the bank used, the payment method, and other important details. Orders are shipped within 7 to 14 days of payment.

Delivery in Ireland is carried out by trusted international delivery services.

The estimated delivery time is 10 days. Once the goods have been shipped, the customer receives a tracking number that allows them to monitor their order’s progress, status, and location. Customers are encouraged to regularly check their order status to ensure timely collection once the package arrives.

Please note: Our company is not a delivery service and is therefore not responsible for parcels once they are in Ireland. We may cancel an order if it has not yet cleared customs.

Return Policy

Refunds can be requested before the order is packaged and dispatched to Irish customs. Refunds are also possible in cases where the package has been returned to our company’s warehouse and has not been delivered to the customer.

This policy exists because of the recent increase in dishonest refund requests. Some customers request a refund two or three days after shipment, even though the order typically arrives on time—usually within 10 days. Until the package has been physically returned to our warehouse, refunds cannot be issued.

Please note: If the customer fails to collect the package within the required time frame or is absent when delivery is attempted to the address provided, our company will be required to have the package returned to our warehouse. The customer has the right to request reshipment, but must pay the delivery cost again.

If the customer refuses reshipment, our company will refund the payment; however, only 50% of the total amount will be refunded. This is because part of the payment is used to cover additional customs duties. Please also note that many medicines have a limited shelf life.

Our managers are always available to help each customer choose the right medication. They will recommend the most suitable product based on your needs and expected results. Please note that medications cannot be exchanged or returned once shipped.

However, we strive to ensure that all customers are satisfied with our service and always take their requests into account. If necessary, our online pharmacy may replace a medicine with another that has the same active ingredient but comes from a different manufacturer. Such replacement is made only if the original product is out of stock.
